Hip-hip-hooray!! We have our front yard landscaping mostly complete thanks to a fabulous company, Ahern Hardscapes and Garden Design. I am thrilled with the look and my neighbors are jealous ;) Two, that I hadn't even met, stopped over to talk about my lovely yard today. Okay, enough bragging....for those of you who haven't figured it out - Ahern Hardscapes and Garden Design is my little brother's up and booming business.
This morning my yard was grass, just grass. This afternoon at 3:30pm it looked like this! He's adding in a few plants when they arrive next week but I love it already. We have a birch tree, plenty of plants, shrubs and grasses and a small flowering ornamental tree. He threw in some pansies to give it some "spring color" and said he'll switch them out for petunias around July. 
The flowering tree is behind the birch, kinda hard to see I guess. I can't wait for it to bloom.
Our bubbler!!! It's two feet tall or so and 3-4 feet across, pretty big really. I love the sound of the water.
In 3-4 weeks when our supplies arrive, he's doing the back yard. He's adding a wall, lots of pretty shrubs & flowers and a stone patio over our concrete one. Ooo, almost forgot - a big firepit area down by the trees!
